SHIPPING RATES

1. Free in-store pick-up at our Winnipeg location.

2. $5.00 Winnipeg local delivery via Trexity.

3. Free shipping over $250.00 within Canada.

4. $14.00 flat rate for orders under $250.00 anywhere in Canada.

5. Orders shipping to the US, rates are calculated at checkout.

**International orders are considered *FINAL SALE* and are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges** 

 LOCAL WINNIPEG PICK UP

Orders that have not been picked up within six (6) months are subject to cancellation with no refund.

Please wait until you have received a pick up notification before heading down to collect your order.

LOCAL WINNIPEG DELIVERY 

Valencia has partnered with Trexity for all Winnipeg deliveries. Once your order is packaged and picked up by a Trexity courier, you will receive a notification and another when your order is 5 minutes away. A confirmation message will be sent once delivery has been completed.

Orders are delivered within 3 business days of when your order was placed, and will be delivered between 11:00am-8:00pm. 

If you have specific instructions on how you would like your order to be delivered, please leave them in the order notes section (i.e. leave on doorstep).

If you are not home to receive your order, no refund will be issued on the delivery charge. You will be responsible for retrieving your missed parcel in the event you were not available.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on www.shopvalencia.ca will begin processing the following business day. Valencia Boutique will process all orders within 48 business hours after order is placed, pending address and credit verification. A pick up email or tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your order has been completed.

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS

    Valencia Boutique is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (Canada Post or UPS). Valencia Boutique does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping providers customer service for further assistance.
