Valencia accepts returns on all regular price merchandise 14 days from order / receipt date. All sale and promotional items are considered final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. Please see the bottom of this page for more details on final sale items.
Returns are only valid on garments with proof of original receipt. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received after 14 days or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.
Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains), strong body odour, if it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair.
If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as a store credit.
Received a damaged item? We thoroughly inspect all garments before shipping, if we have missed a defect we sincerely apologize, please contact us at email@example.com and we will provide further instructions.

2. $6.00 Winnipeg delivery via Goodlocal Express
3. Free shipping over $150.00 within Canada. Orders over $150 within Winnipeg will be shipped via Goodlocal Express.
4. $12.00 flat rate for orders under $150.00 anywhere in Canada.

LOCAL PICK UP
Orders that have not been picked up within six (6) months are subject to cancellation with no refund.
Valencia has partnered with Goodlocal Express for all Winnipeg deliveries. Once your order is packaged and picked up by a Goodlocal courier you will receive a tracking number for your order. A confirmation message will be sent once delivery has been completed.
Local Winnipeg delivery is handled by Goodlocal Express Monday-Friday from 3:00-9:00pm.
If you have specific instructions on how you would like your order to be delivered please leave them in the order notes section (ie. leave on doorstep). You can find the order notes section on the bottom of your shopping cart at checkout.
If you are not home to receive your order no refund will be issued on the delivery charge. You will be responsible for retrieving your missed parcel from Goodlocal. You will receive a message with pick up instructions direct from Goodlocal after a failed delivery attempt.
All orders placed on www.shopvalencia.ca will begin processing the following business day. Valencia Boutique will process all orders within 48 business hours after order is placed, pending address and credit verification. A pick up email or tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your order has been completed.
Orders can be returned in person at our corydon location, or can be mailed back to using the below instructions:
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org clearly stating your order number and reason for return.
2. Please return all items in the original box or bag, making sure that your name and order number is clearly stated on the package. Please include the original packing slip making sure you have completed the returns portion on the bottom of the page.
3. Use a known carrier such as UPS, Canada Post or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage. Address parcel to:
All garments will be carefully reviewed upon receipt and refund will be confirmed via email.Funds will be returned to the original method of payment in 7 days or more depending on your financial institutions after refund has been confirmed.

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS
Valencia Boutique is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (Canada Post). Valencia Boutique does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the Canada Post customer service for assistance.
