RETURN & SHIPPING POLICIES

In order to have you looking and feeling your best, Valencia accepts returns on all regular price merchandise:

14 days from order / receipt date
    **ALL SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE**

    Returns are only valid on garments with proof of original receipt. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received after 14 days or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

    Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains, strong odors), if it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair.

    If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as a store credit.

    RETURNING ITEMS TO THE STORE

    1. Place all garments in the original box or bag. Please make sure that your name and order number is clearly stated on the bag and include the original packing slip making sure you have complete the returns portion on the bottom of the page.

    2. During store hours, place your return parcel on the stool out front and call 204-477-1278 letting a staff member know you are here to make a return. We will then retrieve your bag from the stool out front once you are a safe distance away.

    3. All garments will be carefully reviewed upon receipt and refund will be confirmed via email.

    4. Funds will be returned to the original method of payment in 7 days or more depending on your financial institutions after refund has been confirmed.

    MAILING US YOUR RETURN ITEM

    Use a known carrier such as UPS, Canada Post  or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage. 

    Follow these 4 easy steps to return your order:

    1. Email: returns@shopvalencia.ca clearly stating your order number and reason for return.

    2. Place all garments in the original box or packaging and address parcel to:

    Please send return items with the original packing slip, please compete the returns section found at the bottom of the page and include with your package. If your order slip is lost, please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your package. 

    3. All garments will be carefully reviewed upon receipt and refund will be confirmed via email.

    4. Funds will be returned to the original method of payment in 7 days or more depending on your financial institutions after refund has been confirmed.

    Received a damaged item? We thoroughly inspect all garments before shipping, if we have missed a defect we sincerely apologize, please contact us at returns@shopvalencia.ca and we will provide further instructions.

    *Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be excluded from your return amount*

    EXCHANGES

    Unfortunately the online store is unable to offer an exchange facility. Instead, place a new online order for the item you would like. Follow the return process outlined above to return the item you would like to exchange. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to new orders, even if it is to exchange for a different color or size of the same item. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s). Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. 

    SHIPPING OPTIONS

    1. Free local pick up for residents in the Winnipeg area, select "curbside pickup" at checkout, an email will be sent with pick-up instructions once your order is packed & ready for pick up.

    2. Free shipping over $150.00 anywhere in Canada via Canada Post.

    3. Canada Post shipping options are available for orders under $150.00 

    **All orders outside of Canada, shipping rates are calculated at checkout**

      *All sale products & orders using promotional discount codes are final sale and are not subject to returns or refunds. No price adjustments will be made on previously purchased items for discount code price*

       Gift receipts are valid for store credit only for 30 days past the purchase date.
