Refund policy

 Valencia accepts returns on all regular priced merchandise:

In-store: 7 days from purchase date

Online: 14 days from delivery date

All sale and promotional items are considered *FINAL SALE* and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

All international orders are *FINAL SALE*

No exceptions will be made to the above terms.

RETURNS

Returns are only valid on garments with proof of original receipt. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received after our outlined policy above, or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return.

Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, dirt stains), strong body odour, it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair.

If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge to you. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or as a store credit.

Orders can be returned in person at our Corydon Avenue location, or can be mailed back to the store using the below instructions: 

  1. Email returns@shopvalencia.ca clearly stating your order number and reason for return.
  2. Please return all items in the original box or bag, making sure that your name and order number is clearly stated on the package.
  3. Use a known carrier such as UPS, Canada Post or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return postage. Address parcel to:

All garments will be carefully reviewed upon receipt and a refund will be confirmed via email. Funds will be returned to the original method of payment in 7 business days or more depending on your financial institutions after the refund has been confirmed.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be excluded from your return amount*

Received a damaged item? We thoroughly inspect all garments before shipping, however, if we have missed a defect we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at returns@shopvalencia.ca and we will provide further instructions.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

*All sale products and orders using promotional discount codes are final sale and are not subject to returns or refunds. No price adjustments will be made on previously purchased items for discount code price*

  • Promotional items (using discount codes: ie: DRESS30)
  • Any items marked FINAL SALE in the product description
  • Earrings, hats & hair accessories
  • Bodysuits
  • Black Friday sale items
  • Boxing Day sale items
  • Annual clearance sale items
  • Candles, personal care & bath products
  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • All mystery boxes 
  • International orders (Any orders shipping outside of Canada are considered FINAL SALE due to customs and brokerage fees associated)

GIFT RECEIPTS 

Gift receipts are valid for 30 days past the purchase date. 

Holiday gift receipts are valid from November 15th, 2024 until December 31st, 2024

Gift receipts are only valid for store credit in the form of a gift card, no cash value.

If we were notified that the item(s) was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser and they will be notified about your return.
