2. Free shipping over $250.00 within Canada

3. $8.00 Winnipeg Delivery for orders under $250, via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS (1-3 business days)

4. $8.00 Canada wide shipping for orders under $250.00, via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS (3-7 business days)

Shipping upgrades are available—rates will be shown at checkout.

All international orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or refunds.

 LOCAL WINNIPEG PICK UP

Orders that have not been picked up within six (6) months are subject to cancellation with no refund.

Please wait until you have received a pick up notification before heading down to collect your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on www.shopvalencia.ca will begin processing the following business day. Valencia Boutique will process all orders within 48 business hours after order is placed, pending address and credit verification. A pick up email or tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your order has been completed.

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS

Valencia Boutique is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (Canada Post or UPS). Valencia Boutique does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping providers customer service for further assistance.
